Job summary

Manor Farm in Shercock, County Cavan, is seeking dependable General Operatives for the MCPH Day Shift to join our fast-moving production team behind one of Ireland’s best known food brands. You will help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring every product meets our high quality and food safety standards.

You will operate on a production line, follow the daily plan, and work with the Supervisor and Shift Manager to deliver safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• A good standard of English is essential, with clear communication and basic numeracy skills.
• Reliable team player who is punctual, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, use initiative and solve problems safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment used for cutting, packing, weighing and labelling.
• Follow the daily production plan and work with the team to achieve quality, throughput and efficiency targets.
• Carry out your work in line with health and safety, food safety, hygiene and PPE requirements.

Are you ready to be part of the fast moving production team behind one of Ireland’s best known food brands?Manor Farm is looking for dependable, motivated General Operatives to join our Main Cut Pack Hall (MCPH) day shift.You will help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring every product meets our high quality and food safety standards.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive production team and reporting to the Supervisor and Shift Manager, you will operate in an assigned production line or area.Your focus will be on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment used for cutting, packing, weighing and labelling.
• Follow the daily production plan and work with the team to achieve quality, throughput and efficiency targets.
• Carry out your work in line with health and safety, food safety, hygiene and PPE requirements.
• Keep your work area safe, clean and tidy.
