Job summary

Kepak Group in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir departments. You will collect and validate production data and prepare KPI reports to help understand and improve performance.

The role involves maintaining reporting tools, analyzing variances and presenting insights to management. Factory work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with a note on limited public transport access.

Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Good Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse or admin environments is advantageous.
Ability to organise, analyse and present data effectively.

Responsibilities

Collect and validate operational production data across reporting systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports on production performance, yield, throughput, labour efficiency, rework and waste.
Maintain and update reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.
Monitor Work Orders and production results with supervisors and management.
Analyse production variances, downtime, rework and losses to identify trends and issues.
Produce reports, charts and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Communicate findings to supervisors and management and support operational meetings.
