Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking a General Operative at our Fethard site in County Tipperary. You will verify product specs, adjust machinery, support meat processing, and ensure accurate packing and labeling in a fast-paced production environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and capability to work across production areas as needed. On-site facilities are provided.

• Pack and label finished goods accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in line with company procedures.
• Follow all Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Deliver work to a high standard while meeting production targets.
• Operate in accordance with strict food safety and quality guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Adapt to different roles or areas on the production floor as needed.
