Job summary

Sofiea Foods Europe is seeking a Hygiene Operator to ensure production areas are clean to the highest standards, supporting product quality and food safety across the site.

You will work on cleaning production lines, re-assembling lines for the next run, and adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. The role includes shifts, weekend work potential, and night hours where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow structured cleaning processes.
• Experience with GMP/food safety preferred.
• Good level of spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out thorough cleaning of all production lines and areas, including removing belts and parts and cleaning them to set instructions
• Cleaning machine parts, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces in line with cleaning instruction cards
• Re-assembling cleaned lines ready for the next production run
• Working across different areas including boxing, chills, and freezers, following the cleaning schedule
• Complying with all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
• Following checklists and workflow guidelines accurately
• Taking direction from the Team Leader and working with Quality and Production teams to meet hygiene standards

Summary

A Key Role in Keeping Our Operations Safe, Clean, and Ready for Production

The Role

Join our production team as a Hygiene Operator and play a vital part in ensuring our production lines and areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Your work will directly support product quality and food safety across our site. €16.20 per hour Shifts: 8 hours, 5 days over 7 (including potential weekend work), night shift.

Your Key Responsibilities
