We're looking for someone with a true hunter mentality who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for Ireland, identifying new opportunities, securing strategic accounts, and expanding relationships across the retail sector, hospitality and similar sector.

You’ll work with executive stakeholders to deliver innovative commercial solutions while helping shape the future growth of an internationally recognised business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for the Irish market.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with Procurement Directors, Retail Directors, Finance Directors, Operations Directors, and executive leadership teams.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract award.
• Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
• Develop a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational and international teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

About You

• Proven success in a senior Sales Director, Commercial Director, or Business Development leadership role.
• Demonstrated success winning high-value B2B contracts.
• Experience selling into retail, FMCG, pharmacy, convenience, grocery, or non-food retail sectors.
• Existing network across Ireland's retail sector would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
