Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of Wright & Sons.
• Inspire, develop, and retain a talented management and operational team.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and outstanding hospitality.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, labour efficiency, and key business KPIs.
• Identify innovative opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Partner closely with culinary and marketing teams to deliver engaging events, promotions, and seasonal experiences.
• Ensure consistently exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all areas of the business.
• Strengthen Wright & Sons’s reputation within Kildare Village and the local community.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead on-site events and collaborate closely with the Kildare Village team and wider retail community.
