Wright & Sons in Kildare Village is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premium restaurant, cafe, and deli destination. You will drive guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance across all venues.

This hands-on leadership role requires inspiring high-performing teams and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and hospitality passion are essential.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the business, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance across the Restaurant, Cafe, and Deli.
