Job summary

The Wright Group in Dublin is seeking a talented Multi-Site Sous Chef to support a growing hospitality group across several bars, restaurants and cafes. This hands-on role thrives in a fast-paced environment and travelling between sites.

You will lead kitchen teams, develop menus, uphold HACCP standards, mentor junior staff and drive cost controls while delivering consistent, high‑quality food across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in busy kitchens (bar food / cafe experience desirable).
• Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and kitchen setups.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Full driving licence and own car are essential as role involves travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chefs and kitchen teams across multiple sites.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Step into leadership roles where required across different locations.
• Contribute to stock control, ordering, and cost management.
