General Manager – Kerry

(Monday to Friday - 9-5:30PM)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to join an established, service-led organisation in Kerry.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for day-to-day operations, financial performance, people, facilities, administration and overall service delivery.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards, driving operational improvements and creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, workforce planning and resources.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams across the organisation.
• Oversee facilities, housekeeping, catering, administration and front-of-house operations.

The Person

• Highly organised, proactive and capable of working autonomously.
• Experience in healthcare, nursing homes, hospitality/hotels or another service-led environment would be advantageous.
• Relevant third-level qualification or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience with nutrition, kitchen management and HACCP would be beneficial.
