Job summary

Teamworx Ltd in Limerick is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all shop operations, inspiring Front of House and Kitchen teams while driving exceptional customer experiences and food quality.

You will develop future leaders, own shop performance, and oversee recruitment, onboarding and training in a fast-paced, people-first culture that rewards energy, honesty, and generosity.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality or fast-paced retail.
• Ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and food quality.
• Build a positive culture and succession plans for future leaders.
• Coach and train managers, and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Own shop performance including labour, stock, waste and profitability.
• Ensure high standards of service, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Lead by example during busy periods and support teams as needed.

Teamworx are excited to be recruiting for their new client – a much-loved international food-to-go brand with over 700 shops worldwide, now recruiting in Limerick. The brand is famous for freshly prepared, natural food and 100% organic coffee, with every shop featuring its own on-site kitchen where teams prepare food from scratch throughout the day.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead all aspects of shop operations, overseeing both Front of House and Kitchen teams while developing future leaders and taking full ownership of a successful shop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding food quality
• Creating a positive, inclusive culture and building a strong succession plan to develop future leaders
• Coaching and developing managers and team members, and leading recruitment, onboarding and training
• Taking full ownership of shop performance, productivity, labour, stock, waste and profitability
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Leading by example during busy trading periods and supporting teams wherever needed
