Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager in Ireland to lead the restaurant, drive performance and deliver an outstanding PERi-PERi experience. You’ll own the strategy, manage P&L, and inspire your team to excel on every shift.

With 3+ years of GM leadership, you’ll balance budgets, forecast with confidence, and push for growth while maintaining first-class service and compliance. A rewarding role with extensive development opportunities and perks awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams and operations.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecast, and drive commercial performance.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of exceptional service.
