Job summary

Nando’s Group in Ireland (Munster) is seeking a General Manager to run a restaurant as a complete business, not just a venue. You’ll build strategy, manage P&L, drive sales, ensure compliance and safety, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional PERi-PERi experience.

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams and operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast and drive profitability.
