Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin seeks a General Manager to lead our high‑volume restaurant, setting the tone for quality, service and the guest experience. You will own people development, daily operations and the P&L, with strong support from Hawksmoor House.

This senior, hands‑on role rewards leadership on the floor, teams’ growth and running a busy restaurant to the highest standards. Be a visible, warm, decisive boss who inspires excellence.

• Build, develop and hang on to a brilliant team, from hiring and training to coaching the next generation of Hawksmoor leaders
• Be a visible presence on the floor, showing the warmth, pace and care that make guests want to come back again and again
• Keep every department running beautifully, with smart rotas, great stock control and food safety standards that mean you’re always audit ready
• Own the P&L: grow sales, manage costs and deliver EBITDA, working with our Reservations and Marketing teams to keep the room full
• Give guests every reason to treat themselves, without ever resorting to the hard sell
• Champion sustainability, community and our B Corp commitments in your restaurant

As General Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll be the leader of your restaurant and the person who sets the tone in the building: the quality and standards, the way the team looks after each other, and how the numbers look at the end of the month. People, guests, operations and the P&L are all yours, with a brilliant support team at Hawksmoor House behind you. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who loves leading from the floor, growing people and running a busy, high-volume restaurant to the highest standards.
