Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Back Waiter to support high-quality service in a lively, fast-paced setting. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure dishes arrive accurately and promptly, while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and enjoy collaborating with others. Previous hospitality experience is desirable, with opportunities for growth and development within Hawksmoor’s renowned service standards.

• Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Learn Hawksmoor service standards and menu knowledge.

As a Back Waiter at Hawksmoor, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, high-qualityservice. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with thekitchen and front of house teams to ensure dishes are delivered accurately,efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll be on your feet throughoutservice, supporting the flow of the restaurant and helping create a great guestexperience.
