Job summary

General Manager – High-Volume Venue – Dublin - Up to €80,000

Some General Manager roles are about keeping the wheels turning. This isn't one of them!!

We're looking for a standout hospitality leader to take the reins of one of Dublin's biggest and busiest venues. A business with serious volume, a strong food offering, an incredible drinks trade and a loyal corporate customer base.

This is a role for someone who loves being on the floor, knows how to build an exceptional team and isn't afraid to own a business like it's their own. You'll be the face of the venue, driving performance, building relationships across the city and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll be:

• Leading a team of 50+ in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Driving commercial performance across food and beverage.
• Building strong corporate and local business relationships.
• Coaching your managers, developing talent and creating a brilliant team culture.

You’ll need:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a large, high-volume hospitality business.
