Job summary

Louis Fitzgerald Group, Head Office, Palmerstown, is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to oversee and support the business development of our Suburban Dublin Pubs within the Louis Fitzgerald Group.

You will lead, coach and develop management teams, help venues achieve sales, labour, margin, stock and service targets, and drive promotions, events and local initiatives while ensuring licensing, food safety and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in hospitality with strong knowledge of Irish hospitality.
• Proven track record in improving standards, service and operational performance.
• Hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work across South Dublin venues, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing management teams and wider venue teams.
• Assisting venues in achieving sales, labour, margin, stock and service targets.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, increase trade and strengthen local customer engagement.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to oversee and support the business development of our Suburban Dublin Pubs within the Louis Fitzgerald Group.

A package of up to €80,000 plus bonus available for right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs
• 10 years experience working in the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of Irish hospitality
• A strong track record in improving standards, service and operational performance
• A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach
• Flexibility to work across South Dublin venues, including evenings, weekends and key trading periods when required

You will know how to get the best from General Managers and their teams, creating a culture of accountability, support and high standards.
