Job summary

NANDO'S LIMITED in Ireland is seeking an experienced General Manager to run the restaurant like your own business, owning decisions and shaping a brilliant culture. You’ll lead a team, hit targets and KPIs, and deliver exceptional hospitality for every guest, at pace.

You’ll be a proven leader with a passion for people, food and brand values, capable of driving multi-channel sales and developing tomorrow’s Managers through a structured training plan and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in hospitality or foodservice environments.
• Proven ability to develop and coach teams to hit targets.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as if it were your own business, making decisions to build a strong culture.
• Drive sales and KPIs while delivering consistent, high-quality service.
