Job summary

Nando’s Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Patrao (General Manager) to run a restaurant as if it were your own business. You will set direction, shape culture, and drive performance to meet targets and KPIs.

You will lead a customer-focused team, develop talent for the managers of tomorrow, and push sales across multiple channels while upholding our PERi-PERi standards. The role includes a structured 3-month GM training plan and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to drive sales and manage a multi-channel business.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced hospitality setting and changing priorities.
