Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager in Ireland to lead operations with a passion for people, food and hospitality. You will oversee a high-performing team, drive sales, and shape a positive culture across the restaurant, ensuring exceptional PERi-PERi experiences for guests both in‑restaurant and at home.

You will be a proven leader, able to hit targets and KPIs, and commit to developing the next generation of managers while upholding the brand values and customer obsession that makes
