Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Galway. You will lead the restaurant team, uphold Nando's standards, and ensure an exceptional PERi-PERi guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer journey is delivered on shift across all channels.
• Lead the restaurant leadership team and drive development of future managers.
• Maintain brand standards and a positive working culture.
• Deliver consistent PERi-PERi experience to guests both in-restaurant and for delivery.
• Oversee daily operations and team coordination during shifts.
