Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd on behalf of a leading Irish main contractor is seeking two General Foremen for a 6-month+ contract on a major residential scheme in Clonburris, Dublin 22. You will supervise trades on site and organise daily labour to keep works on programme.

The role requires a proven foreman with main contractor experience, strong leadership and CSCS/Safe Pass. A full driving licence is essential and you will report to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman with a main contractor or housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades.
• Valid Safe Pass and CSCS cards; full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site.
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme.
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager.
