Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting two General Foremen for 6-month+ contracts on a major residential scheme in Clonburris, Dublin 22. The role pays €40-€50 per hour depending on tax setup and requires on-site supervision of trades, crews and subcontractors.

You'll ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme, conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks, maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager. A valid Safe Pass/CSCS and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman with a main contractor or housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.
• Strong leadership and clear communication on site.
• Full driving licence required.
