Global Professional Consultants in South Dublin are seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee the day-to-day on-site operations for a large-scale apartment development. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires strong leadership to coordinate trades, ensure safety and quality, and maintain project pace.

The successful candidate will have proven foreman-level experience with a Tier 1 contractor and a solid trades background, enabling effective planning, sequencing and issue

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large-scale residential or apartment developments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong trade background with a main contractor.

• Ensure works are carried out safely, to programme, and in line with quality standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors to plan and sequence works across the site.
• Enforce site Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance with site rules and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and progress on site, reporting issues to the Site Manager.
• Support material and resource planning to keep works running efficiently.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues and coordination clashes between trades.

General Foreman

General Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee the day-to-day running of the works on site. The successful General Foreman will report to the Site Manager on site.

Role
