Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Foreman on a high volume residential project in the North Dublin region. You will oversee all trades on site, coordinating with the Site Manager to ensure delivery to programme and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor, with a carpentry or joinery qualification preferred, and a strong ownership mindset to drive works and ensure safety compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification (Carpentry or Joinery preferred).
• Strong ownership over projects and attention to detail.
• Deliver projects to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and teams on site.

• Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in with project programme.

About the Company

Working with a reputable Developer led Contractor who specialise in delivering high volume and high finish housing across the North Dublin region.

Applicants will have the opportunity to work on exciting developments with over 500units and long-term opportunities in North County Dublin.

The role will entail looking after all trades on site from greenfield through to handover. Working alongside the site manager and project Manager to ensure successful delivery of large development.
