Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Dublin is seeking a reliable Foreman / Site Manager for a residential contractor on a 9-month project in Booterstown / Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

You will supervise trades, organise labour and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme. The ideal candidate has proven foreman experience with a main contractor or housebuilder, a valid Safe Pass/CSCS, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman with a main contractor or housebuilder.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades.
Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
Organise daily labour, plant and materials
Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager
