Job summary

Marqette at Dublin Airport is hiring a General Baker with basic experience in breads and pastries. You will work within an experienced, creative team and bake all pastries, breads, cakes and desserts in house from scratch.

You must be able to work independently, meet production and quality targets, and prepare for the morning shift. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential as the team constantly innovates to stay current and on trend.

Job description

We currently have a vacancy for a General Baker with basic experience in breads and pastries.

Join our experienced, creative, and award winning team. We bake all pastries, breads, cakes and desserts in house, from scratch.

You will need to have the ability to work independently and meet production and quality targets as well as prepare for the morning shift.

You will be joining a creative and experienced team so you will need strong skills, a great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent verbal communication skills. The team are encouraged to constantly innovate, create, and bring new ideas to the table, to ensure Marqette stay's current and on trend.

As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts. You must be available any day per week, 5 days over 7.
