Job summary

Schuh in Galway is hiring a Sales Assistant for the festive period. You will deliver top customer service, greet customers, and share in-depth product knowledge while aiming for KPIs and personal targets. Responsibilities include processing payments, handling orders, stock/merchandising, and keeping both shop floor and back areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.
