Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator for a Galway-based construction project. You will work with the Project Manager, Design Manager and Quantity Surveyor to coordinate design information and ensure timely delivery across the design delivery team.

The role requires reviewing drawings and specifications, maintaining design documentation, and ensuring compliance with BCAR, planning and buildability requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design coordination role within construction.
• Understanding of tender specs, Employer's Requirements and regulations.
• Ability to review and coordinate technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production and delivery of design information.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and the design delivery team.
• Ensure designs are compliant, buildable, within budget and aligned with programme.
• Review drawings, specs and planning requirements and manage change control.
