Job summary

Our client in Galway is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to manage the coordination of Building Services across projects in Ireland and the UK. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure installations are delivered on time, safely and to program, with attention to quality and cost.

The role involves coordinating design, schedules, and procurement, attending meetings, and supporting site setup and commissioning activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Building Services on large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of design coordination and buildability.

Responsibilities

• Take guidance from Management/Senior Management and maintain a professional approach.
• Coordinate Building Services to align with project programme, quality, environmental and cost parameters.
• Schedule, monitor and chair regular Building Services meetings and report progress to project management.
• Review Building Services design for buildability and coordinate with Sub-Contractors and Designers.
• Maintain relationships with Clients, Design Teams, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure project success.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on site and assist with post-handover activities.
