Job summary

Wallace Myers International is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join the Galway team. You will coordinate all Building Services on live projects, ensuring safe, efficient design, installation, commissioning and delivery to programme, quality, environmental and cost targets.

The role sits between design, subcontractors, specialists and project teams, with autonomy to run the coordination process and mentor Junior Coordinators within a structured Building Services department.

Qualifications

• Coordination of mechanical and electrical Building Services across live projects.
• Strong understanding of services design coordination and BIM-based workflows.
• Experience with testing, commissioning and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Building Services design coordination and manage drawings and clash resolution through to approval.
• Schedule, monitor and track deliverables across Building Services disciplines and lead-in times against programme.
• Manage approvals for Building Services design, plant and equipment through submissions and samples.
