Job summary

Cpl Group in Galway is seeking a Building Services Project Coordinator to provide temporary support during a Six Month FTC. You will help deliver critical infrastructure projects, coordinate building services operations and manage contractor activity across a busy estate environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with facilities, estates and engineering teams, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently and on schedule in a dynamic multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, RAMS and permit systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Support delivery of a major utilities and infrastructure upgrade programme.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate site access, permits, RAMS reviews and project documentation.
• Monitor project actions, schedules and progress reports.
• Support planned shutdowns and critical infrastructure works.
• Assist with maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Maintain project records, compliance documentation and service reports.
• Track actions through maintenance management and helpdesk systems.
• Support operational continuity across critical building systems.
