Job summary

Murphy Home in Sandyford is looking for a vibrant Sales Executive to join our store in Sandyford, Co. Dublin. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience and driving sales, with an OTE circa €40K+ and a base pay to be complemented by a bonus scheme.

The position is full-time, based in-store with a schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. Training and development opportunities are available within a family-owned business with 50 years in operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission-driven environment (preferred but not essential).
• The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekdays, and weekends, and bank holidays is required.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and a willingness to lean new sales software program's.
• The desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment is key.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.
• Learn and keep updated on all of the company’s products and service.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide customers with sale quotes.
• Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
• Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
