Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health, is seeking a Fundraising Officer to join the communications and fundraising team in Dublin. You will support Community Fundraising and Events & Challenges, donor recruitment, event management, campaign delivery, relationship building, supporter retention and stewardship, helping to grow our passionate community of fundraisers and supporters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising or related area.
• Experience with donor recruitment and event management.

Responsibilities

• Support donor and participant recruitment and event management.
• Deliver campaigns focusing on communications, acquisition, retention, cultivation and recognition.
• Build and maintain strong supporter relationships to grow lifetime value.
• Manage donors via CRM and contribute to GDPR-compliant data management.
• Collaborate across the fundraising team and other departments to meet KPIs and income targets.
• Capture fundraising data to support quick, evidence-based decision making.
• Represent Jigsaw at events and engage supporters by phone, email and in person.
