Job summary

Euro Staffs in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Officer to support community fundraising and events activities. You will report to the Fundraising Coordinator and work as part of a dynamic team to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health services.

You will manage donor recruitment, event delivery, and supporter stewardship, collaborating with colleagues to achieve fundraising targets while ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fundraising, community development, project management or related area.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting in person, on the phone and online.
• Experience with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Insights-driven with a commitment to quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Experience delivering fundraising projects from strategy through to execution.
• Passion for supporting young people with mental health in Irish society.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment.
• Demonstrate initiative and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Increase supporter acquisition and retention across community and events fundraisers, delivering KPIs and income targets.
• Engage regularly with supporters by phone, email and face-to-face, representing Jigsaw at events.
• Develop, plan and budget fundraising campaigns focusing on communications, acquisition, retention, cultivation and recognition.
• Build strong and lasting supporter relationships and grow engagement and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Jigsaw and contribute to GDPR-compliant data management and CRM development.
