Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners seeks an Assistant Manager/Lead in Fund Oversight to supervise external fund administrators and manage the annual audit process for a leading ManCo in Dublin. The role focuses on fund accounting, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with auditors to ensure timely filings.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in investment management or ManCo operations, with experience in NAV oversight and a proactive, independent work style. Knowledge of fund ops is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 6 years+ experience within investment management or ManCo operations is essential.
• Experience in fund accounting or NAV oversight is essential.
• Proven experience in the funds industry, ideally in fund accounting, regulatory reporting, or auditing.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Knowledge of fund management company operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise external fund administrators, including activities across fund accounting and transfer agency.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial and regulatory filings such as AIFMD.
• Manage fund expense budgets, review financial statements, and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Compile and provide financial data for fund reporting and support ManCo operations.
• Provide operational support to the designated persons within the ManCo.
• Oversee trade instructions, payments, reconciliations, cash flow, valuations, and reporting for fund of funds operations.
