Job summary

Fineco Asset Management DAC, a Dublin-based UCITS Management Company, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead outsourced service provider governance, NAV oversight and regulatory reporting. You will drive process improvements, automation and resilience across fund operations while collaborating with risk, compliance and senior management.

The role focuses on ensuring robust oversight of fund administration, middle office, custody and service providers, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Three-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Asset Management Operations, Fund Administration or UCITS environment.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS funds, fund operations and outsourcing governance.
• Experience overseeing outsourced providers and reviewing KPI/SLA performance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and governance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations by outsourced service providers including Fund Administration, Middle Office and Custody functions.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues, settlement fails, cash breaks and reconciliation exceptions.
• Oversee NAV production, review NAV exceptions and pricing issues for accuracy.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting including EMIR, SFTR and PRIIPs where applicable.
• Prepare governance reporting for Senior Management, Boards and Committees.
