Job summary

Carne Group in Ireland seeks an experienced fund professional to join the Fund Operations team as a Manager, based in Ireland. You will help lead and shape the operational strategy for Carne Management Company/AIFM, ensuring robust execution of delegate oversight regulatory obligations at strategic and operational levels.

The role can be based in Wexford or Kilkenny offices, with responsibilities spanning NAV movements, governance, and client-focused service delivery to a broad range of clients

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in fund operations, fund administration, or related financial services environment.
• Experience overseeing NAV reviews, exception management, and service provider performance.
• Strong analytical and governance skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end oversight of fund operations activities and regulatory obligations.
• Lead incident management: breaches, errors, and operational issues with timely remediation.
• Provide senior oversight of NAV movements across ManCo funds and document outcomes.
• Challenge administrators, investment managers, delegates, and internal Carne teams to ensure robust controls.
