Job summary

Maples Group in Dublin seeks a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead NAV preparation and client service for a diverse portfolio. You will work under AVP/VP/SVP guidance, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timely invoicing and dispute resolution with investment managers.

The role includes training 1–2 junior staff, managing daily workflow, and contributing to risk reporting data for client portfolios, with a focus on upholding rigorous controls and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting with 4–6 years’ Private Equity experience.
• Proactive, self-starter and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of FIS Investran and/or Advent Geneva.

Responsibilities

• The Fund Accounting Supervisor role is broad, overseeing NAV preparation and investor file compliance.
• Collaborate with AVP/VP/SVP on client deliverables and issue resolution with managers and auditors.
• Mentor 1–2 junior staff and supervise daily workflow and risk reporting data.
