The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a company secretarial or governance role, deep knowledge of Irish law and regulatory filings, and a proven ability to manage diverse client portfolios and deliver governance excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish company law, statutory filings and corporate compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting regulated investment funds, ideally including AIFs, and their governance requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage company secretarial services across a diverse client portfolio, including regulated AIFs and investment funds.
• Coordinate incorporations, restructures, board appointments and constitutional amendments.
• Oversee statutory records, annual returns, beneficial ownership filings and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Prepare board packs, attend meetings and draft minutes and resolutions.
• Partner with legal teams and clients to deliver responsive governance support and enhance service delivery.
