Job summary

Ogier Global is seeking an Administrator to join our Fund Administration team in Ireland. You will gain hands-on experience across fund and investor activity, supported by senior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of Fund Administration, ensuring timely processing of fund and investor activity in internal systems.
  • Process bank payments to settle fund expenses and reconcile payment logs with management approvals.
  • Produce and circulate invoices, manage fee collection and debt chasing.
  • Coordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
  • Assist with client onboarding and AML/KYC procedures across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Fund Administration department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of fund and investor related activity set up and maintenance of fund and investor details in required internal systems
  • Processing of bank payments to settle fund expenses and reconciliation of payment logs and arrange approvals with management
  • Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors
  • Process and co‑ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions
  • Pro‑actively take on and support additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your manager or clients
  • Dedication to data integrity with attention to detail in all activity, with particular focus on utilising the systems to their maximum potential to drive efficiency and client service
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Support the team with client and investor onboarding procedures including KYC (Know Your Customer) in accordance with AML regime of various jurisdictions, including Ireland, which covers screening and collation of CDD documents following specific guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including fund accounting, transfer agency, compliance, and risk management, to implement operational efficiencies and mitigate risks
  • Support any additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager initiatives identified and designated from time
  • Support an 'Ogier Best Way' ethos across the team through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous financial services experience is not required; however, prior office or administrative experience would be beneficial. We will consider candidates at entry level, as well as administrator-level candidates with up to two years’ experience. Full training will be provided.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • the ability to manage tasks independently and use their own initiative
  • excellent problem solving and time management skills
