Le Meas Executive Search is representing a Private Equity Fund Administration client in Dublin seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to lead the NAV production and day-to-day accounting activities.

The role involves supervising a team, reviewing NAV calculations and financial statements, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong controls and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within fund accounting in asset management or fund administration environments.
• Previous supervisory or senior-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of NAV production and fund accounting processes.
• Good understanding of investment funds and financial instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong control mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day fund accounting function and ensure accurate and timely NAVs.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements and fund accounting outputs.
• Oversee cash, positions, income and expense reconciliations.
• Review and resolve accounting breaks and discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
