Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Associate for the Fund Accounting team in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on leading NAV calculations, coordinating inputs, and resolving queries within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Fund Accounting experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of UK OEICs and Luxembourg SICAVs is advantageous, with a shift pattern starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ Fund Accounting experience in Operations.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of daily NAV calculations and complex financial instruments.
• Knowledge of UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and escalation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in accurate and timely daily NAV calculations.
• Coordinate NAV inputs with internal teams and meet service delivery agreements.
• Analyse fund movements and address NAV production queries escalated.
• Close out operational and audit queries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage daily team operations, from duty allocations to annual leave and performance.
• Contribute feedback for change initiatives aligned with firm strategy.
• Escalate urgent items to Management promptly.
