Le Meas Executive Search is helping a Private Equity Fund Administration client in Dublin recruit an Experienced Fund Accounting Supervisor. The role oversees daily fund accounting activities and leads a high-performing team to deliver accurate NAVs.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in fund accounting, strong NAV production knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. You will drive process improvements and support month-end and year-end activities.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising fund accounting teams or senior-level oversight.
• Strong knowledge of NAV production processes and fund accounting controls.
• Excellent attention to detail with a robust control mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day fund accounting function and ensure timely NAV delivery.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, and outputs.
• Oversee cash, positions, income and expense reconciliations; resolve breaks.
• Support month-end and year-end processes and internal controls.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
