Job summary

The Quays Bar and Restaurant in Galway City Centre is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be responsible for a specific section, ensuring dishes meet high standards and upkeep of food safety practices.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service, contribute to consistent quality, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes to our guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with a passion for great food.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen and ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service periods.
