Centra Marleypark in Rathfarnham is seeking a full-time Barista to deliver friendly customer service and educate customers about Frank and Honest coffee range.

Role focuses on greeting customers, preparing beverages to specification, maintaining café standards, and upselling products in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm for coffee, work well under pressure, and thrive as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality sector (caf, restaurant, hotel) an advantage;
• Barista experience is desirable;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
• Passion for coffee and ability to inspire customers;

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare Frank and Honest beverages and blended drinks according to standard procedures.
• Educate customers about our coffee range and food menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cafe in line with guidelines.
• Upsell products while delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Address customer queries professionally and promptly, following store policies.
