Job summary

Frank and Honest in Ireland’s SuperValu stores seeks a hospitality-driven barista to deliver exceptional service and educate customers about our coffee range. You will greet customers, prepare beverages to our standards, and upsell the full Frank and Honest range while maintaining a clean, inviting caf environment.

Experience in hospitality and a passion for coffee are valued, with a focus on friendly, knowledgeable customer interactions and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Barista experience is desirable.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Passion for coffee and ability to inspire customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to Frank and Honest standards and policies.
• Prepare all Frank and Honest beverages and blended drinks.
• Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages.
• Maintain high quality and clean caf areas at all times.
• Keep coffee equipment clean and in good condition.
• Upsell the full Frank and Honest product range.
• Share knowledge and recommendations with customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally in line with store policy.
• Present the caf to a high standard and keep areas tidy.
