Thomas Franks Ltd. in Dublin is looking for a talented Barista to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. The role involves preparing high-quality coffee for staff and visitors within a subsidised café operation connected to a prestigious school contract.

You will work 40 hours per week, handling payments, stock rotation, and daily set-up. We welcome team players with good verbal English and prior customer or food prep experience.

Qualifications

• Team player with verbal English.
• Experience in customer service or food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to produce high quality barista coffee for staff and visitors.
• Maintain company food standards and control wastage.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control.
• Stock and rotate all retail items regularly.
• Set up the location in the mornings for daily operation.
• Manage payments and cash handling.
• Conduct daily stock takes of products.
