Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, Ireland, is seeking a Front of House Porter (Part-time). You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and uphold the five-star standards of our luxury hotel as the first and last point of contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong customer service with ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to lift and move luggage safely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information on facilities.
• Assist with departures and transportation arrangements.
• Provide valet parking and vehicle assistance as needed.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrance, lobby and public areas.
• Assist with delivery of guest amenities and messages.
• Support Front Office and Concierge operations.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations on attractions and dining.
