Cabra Castle in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, Ireland, is seeking a Day Porter/Concierge to support front desk operations. You will assist guests with enquiries, luggage, and directions, and provide lifts to accommodations and local attractions.

You will also help with hotel operations and occasionally support Food & Beverage functions, ensuring memorable first and last impressions. The role requires a driving license, fluent English, and full-time availability across midweek and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level guest service and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Act as a senior point of contact during shifts.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, weddings, and events.
• Ensure lobby and public area presentation standards are maintained.
• Assist management with operational coordination during busy periods.
• Assist with management of stores for wedding items coming in/out.
