Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join Mikey Ryan's within our acclaimed Cashel Palace venue in Cashel, County Tipperary. This full-time role supports our culinary team with washing, cleaning, stock organisation and delivery support.

The successful candidate will contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in a luxury hotel setting, with opportunities to grow within our hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery and utensils
• Daily clean of kitchen areas
• Deep clean of kitchen equipment
• Keep stores areas neat and tidy
• Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
• Report failing equipment to Supervisor
• Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
• Communicate effectively with staff
• Contribute to stock taking as required
• Provide Porter support with deliveries
• Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
